We want you to be fully satisfied with your Obermeyer performance gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your needs, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
